How to Place an Online Order at DiscountPoolWarehouse.com:
The Procedure for ordering is quite simple. The information below is provided to give you a
general overview of what you will see while shopping at DiscountPoolWarehouse.com. Please make sure you have entered your address information correctly.
UPS and FedEx charge a fee for corrections after the order has shipped. Should these carriers charge us a fee for an incorrect address that you have supplied us, we will have to
charge you the fee. These fees typically run between $10 and $20. So please double check your address information including spelling.

1. ADD TO CART:
When viewing a product page you will see an "Add to Cart" button next to any
product that is available for purchase. By selecting this button, you will be placing that item into your shopping cart. Which will take you to another web page where you will find the
shopping cart link on the bottom left side of the page as you scroll down the page.
2. VIEW CART:
Click on the cart to view the items you have selected to purchase.
You may be asked to either enter your information or set up an account. If you choose to set up an account you will be able to return to the DPW cart (you will want to bookmark the shopping cart page) and track your order and review your purchases, there is not cost to you to set up an account. If you are placing an international order and it requires you to add a "State" and your state is not listed please choose "other" as your state. It is necessary for all international orders to include your phone number,
failure to include your phone number will delay your shipment. Once you have added items to your cart you may change quantities, delete items,
proceed to Check Out, or continue shopping. If you would like to continue shopping simply use your back button on your browser to return to the store.
3. CHECK OUT:
will enter your personal information and shipping information if different from billing address. Once you have filled in all the necessary information and clicked continue it will show you
different shipping options (if options are available).
Once you have chosen the shipping method of your choice and clicked continue you will see the information you entered, the products you are purchasing and the shipping charges.
4. THEN WHAT:
Click continue to enter your credit card information. The
information is then sent securely over an encrypted link to DPW.
When you complete your order your credit card is not charged until we review the order to make sure everything is correct, the we process your credit card.
You will receive an order confirmation number by e-mail, you can print this e-mail as your
receipt. Once your package has shipped you may receive an e-mail from UPS/FedEX or USPS
giving you the tracking number. If there is a problem with the order we will contact you by e-mail so please check you e-mail within 48 hours of the time you place your order. Make sure you allow DPW e-mails or check your spam box as well as your normal in box. If the shipment comes directly from DPW and there is a problem with the shipment, UPS/FedEX or USPS will send you an e-mail explaining the problem. If your shipment is coming from one of our distributor's locations and your package does not arrive within 5 days please e-mail us and let us know you have not received your order.
